Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using infinium.tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users including anonymous visitors, registered free users, and paying subscribers.

2. Service Description

InfiniUm Tools provides a suite of online tools for developers, DevOps engineers, and SEO professionals. Tools include DNS lookup, SSL checking, HTTP header inspection, WHOIS lookup, security header analysis, CORS testing, JSON formatting, JWT decoding, AI-powered analysis tools, and more.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits is prohibited
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to:

• Look up information about domains and infrastructure you own or are authorised to test
• Analyse publicly accessible URLs and web properties
• Use AI tools for legitimate development, DevOps, and SEO tasks
• Access the API for personal projects or authorised business use

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Scan, enumerate, or probe systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Circumvent rate limits through automated requests, multiple accounts, or proxies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service or API without written permission
• Submit malicious, illegal, or privacy-violating content to any tool
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service in bulk
• Submit other people's personal data or confidential information to AI tools

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

6. Plans & Billing

Free Plan

The free plan provides 50 API requests per day. Anonymous (non-registered) users are limited to 10 requests per day. Rate limits reset at midnight UTC.

Pro Plan ($9/month)

Unlimited API requests, personal API key, access to all tools including Pro-gated features. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees.

Team Plan ($29/month)

Everything in Pro, up to 5 team seats. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund on first-time Pro or Team subscriptions if the Service does not meet your needs. Contact contact@infinium.tools within 7 days of your first payment. Subsequent renewal periods are non-refundable.

Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by InfiniUm Tools and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Tool outputs (e.g., DNS records, SSL information, HTTP headers) are factual data from third-party systems and are not owned by InfiniUm Tools. You are free to use tool outputs for any lawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available 100% of the time
• Tool results are 100% accurate or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Tool results should be verified independently before making critical infrastructure or security decisions. InfiniUm Tools is not responsible for decisions made based on tool output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiniUm Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 (whichever is greater).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU jurisdiction where InfiniUm Tools is established.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable national law are not affected by these terms.
